They just download your app from the Google Play or iTunes store, then snap, scan (upload images of their papers), and sign. It’s just that simple!
Your clients enter the necessary data, upload their documents to the app, and the data is then pulled into the program. Then, you prepare the return using the papers they gave you. You email them a request for their signature when you finish the return. Return to the program and save the documents there once the taxpayer has finished completing all of the signed paperwork.
